My name is Kevin Engel. I am the Science Librarian at Grinnell College in Grinnell, Iowa USA. I have worked with students, staff, and faculty at Grinnell College since 1986. I began working with the Internet and the information resources available through it in 1991. In addition, I have spoken about and conducted workshops dealing with the Internet and its educational/pedagogical implications at a number of locations in Iowa and the midwestern United States. These Web pages are just an extension of my day-to-day job--to assist individuals to effectively find the quality information they need and seek as they go about their jobs as students, teachers, and administrators. |
